Tom did a great job framing and installing an insulated steel door at the base of our bulkhead stairs. He adjusted the original plan to maximize headroom while optimizing safety as you descend the stairs into the basement. He also made sure to add additional insulation to eliminate any drafts. The result is a significantly warmer and more comfortable basement not to mention the added security of having a locked door with a deadbolt. Tom was easy to work with and a true professional. I would definitely use him again and would enthusiastically recommend him to others just as he was recommended to me.

Tom's done a great job with our home. We essentially gutted the interior, redoing the floors, kitchen, and two bathrooms. It was a large, complicated project (size itself, plus we were at our primary home during the entire renovation), but Tom was professional throughout the entire process. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dependable. Communicates very often. His work is high quality and he uses subcontractors that have similarly high standards.
