Tom did a great job framing and installing an insulated steel door at the base of our bulkhead stairs. He adjusted the original plan to maximize headroom while optimizing safety as you descend the stairs into the basement. He also made sure to add additional insulation to eliminate any drafts. He did an excellent job on the restoration and reconstruction of the corner of our house where an incorrectly installed roof had caused water damage and rot. We hired Tom Flynn of High Performance LLC to insulate our sunroom converting it to a year-round sunroom. Not only is Tom a nice guy to work with he guided us on every phase of the project giving us options, opinions and recommendations.
